What can be returned?
Refund and Replacement claims are only considered for defective or damaged items.
The terms ‘defective' or 'damaged’ refer to items that either do not match the product description, are not in reasonable condition (e.g. a misbound book), or are faulty. ITSA Bookshop reserves the right to verify whether any item’s are defective or damaged.
The term ‘original condition’ refers to items in original shrink-wrapping with any enclosed CDs, disks, licenses or passwords unopened.
When do items need to be returned by?
Claims must be made within three working days of receipt and the merchandise received by ITSA Bookshop no later than 14 days after the claim.

How should items be returned?
All items must be securely wrapped in original condition and accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a written claim.
Shipping charges for returns?
Handling fees and freight charges will apply if a claim is rejected. Are original shipping rates refundable? Does customer pay for shipping the return? Shipping and handling expenses will only be refunded if you received the wrong item or a damaged item, and you will not be charged additional freight to receive a replacement item.
Credits for returns?
Refunds will be credited only to the credit card used in the original transaction. All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. Online pricing may differ from prices available in campus stores.
